So the first night wasn’t so bad but I had issues with my mask. Last night was easier but I’m just having a hard time falling asleep. Does it get easier to fall asleep using the cpap? Without I just pass out but with it on I’m having trouble falling asleep.

I’m going through the process of getting my cpap right now but I get this overwhelming feeling of disappointment and sadness. I really don’t want to use one but from talking with my doctor I don’t have much choices to try and treat this. Anyone else feel this way?
