I've gotten legitimate emails from TikTok and Ubisoft about an hour ago. I've changed my password, logged out of other sessions for my email, secured my accounts better than I already did, and cannot even think about going back to bed.

I haven't been to any weird/phishing websites recently. I haven't been in a breach since Dec last year (Thanks SoundCloud) and have only been in 4 after having this account for 7 years.

Is there anything else I need to do? Should I just burn this email and switch to one of my other ones as main?
