State of Efacec in US
I'm noticing that most Efacec DC fast chargers are broken across the US. Is this vendor no longer supplying parts or service in the US?

I have tried several ABB A400s newly deployed by Walmart and could not charge on any of them due to a "vehicle communication error." The session will start and I'll hear contactors in the charger clicking, but then it will fault out with that "vehicle communication error."
Has anyone else had this issue with new ABB A400s? Interestingly, I was able to charge on an old ABB Terra 184 without issue.
I'm trying to help a local business troubleshoot issues with their old Tritium RT50 DC fast charger. It keeps throwing "error 62" during the CCS handshake and will not start a session.
They keep getting told it's an obsolete DC fast charger and needs to be replaced with new hardware, which is not in budget.
Is there anything simple we can try to fix the charger or will it require replacement?
