Hi guys 23m, there are small dots appearing on my hand. They started showing up around last week, and I’m not really sure what they are. There’s a slight burning sensation, but it doesn’t hurt. It only starts to feel itchy after I scratch it. My parents think it might be eczema, but I don’t think eczema usually looks like this.

I also don’t have any known allergies. I work in construction, but I don’t really get the back of my hands dirty with cement, and I haven’t done anything at work lately that would’ve gotten my hands dirty either.
