Hi everyone,
I only recently got told I have OCD, so this is all a bit new to me. I've been seeing my therapist for a few months and we get on OK.
I've realised that talking to AI might be unhealthy for me, and it takes up hours of my day. I'm really embarrassed about it, but I want to address it and give her the whole picture so she can help me better. Do you have any advice?
