I’ve been wanting to get this shit off my chest! it’s only been 2 weeks that I’ve worked at dominoes as a dilivery driver, holy cow the amount of discrimination I have faced especially me being a colored Hispanic is insane. luckily the area tips good most days because it’s upper class” but the bad outweighs the good. the manager only pays 10$ when other dominoes prolly pay 15$ as they should… most people will say I’m playing victim blah blah but they aren’t in my shoes mannn… if your an ugly male you will struggle in society this is why I want another job where I don’t deal with people dont get me wrong not everyone isn’t a horrible asshole, yeah some people are nice maybe because they don’t wanna look bad and some people were horrible in my 2 weeks working in store and out there driving delivering pizzas.. I suffer from social anxiety so I hate having to talk to folks due to me being bullied cuz of my physical appearance. I’m the only one that gets constantly disrespected by my manager he takes advantage of me makes me close the store with him I literally washed all dishes and sweep dirty floors he makes me diliver pizzas till 1am in the morning it’s BS I’m quitting this job for my own good it’s stressful asf and low paying at least if he paid me 15$ I’d say it’s maybe worth it but even then my friend got a job at Kroger’s stocking goods and gets 18$ an hour he gets to listen to his music with AirPods while im over here stressing out with a low paying manager. I feel like I’m he Low key steals my tips I know Dominoes have a bad reputation for that look it up on google Guys no joke.
