What’s the best way to sleep through as much of the bad side effects as you can?

My Kwikpen is 2.5mg(2.4ml) but fatscientist doesn’t have a click counter as far as I can tell. I think that means 24 clicks for 1mg based on my Reddit deep dives but just want to check in case anyone is doing this and has done the math!
