I put this albo variegated on a moss pole months ago and it finally put out a big leaf but the next two came out kinda wonky and smaller. I have been using an automatic watering thingy because I’m gone a lot, and while it’s the only reason this moss pole is successful, it may be overwatering it. I’ve been noticing a lot of fungus gnats but I’ve mostly gotten rid of them with mosquito bits and gnat traps. The tubing on my auto waterer has also gotten really dirty so I’m going to replace it and hope that helps some too. Is there anything I’m missing? Any advice is appreciated!

Extra details about my plant:

- potting soil: 2 parts peat moss, 1 part orchid bark, 1 part perlite *also recently repotted and roots looked good!

-watering: plain water once a day in the morning for 45 seconds

-light: 8ish hrs a day under a grow light
