Hey everyone,
I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my case and whether this is normal.
I filed **Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status)**
Completed biometrics on **09/02/2025**
Since then, my case has been stuck on *“Case Is Still Being Processed”*
Today (**April 27, 2026**), I got an email from USCIS saying:
*“We have taken an action on your case.”*
Naturally, I logged in right away, but:
The status still says *“Case Is Still Being Processed”*
The only thing that changed is the **date updated to today**
There are **no new documents** in the Documents tab
No RFE, no interview notice, nothing
So basically, I got an “action taken” email with no visible action.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Did it lead to an approval/interview/RFE shortly after?
Or was it just a system update with no real change?
Would appreciate hearing your timelines or similar experiences. Thanks
