my PD is June 2023. I already had my first interview in 2024, and my I-130 was approved after that.
Now I’ve been scheduled for a second interview next Monday. Just wanted to check if anyone here has gone through a second interview—what was your experience like? What kind of questions did they ask?

Hello Fam - I had my I485 interview on 04/21 (PD 2023 Aug, I130 approved already). The officer verbally confirmed after the interview that I'm approved. The status on the USCIS portal updated to 'Actively being reviewed' a couple of hours after the interview, but no updates since. Any idea what update I should be expecting to see and when?
Its been 21 months and my case still says "Case was received" So can i submit an inquiry regarding my case or do i still need to wait more ?
im a LPR, planning to get married w my partner he is on a tourist visa. has anyone got any idea if this is possible?
we plan to marry after 30 days of entry here in US. then he will go back to his origin of country then i will file for I-130 and do consular
how long could this take before he gets a green card? thanks

Hey guys,
I got the medical RFE back in Feb 2026 (seems like a lot of us did). I responded pretty quickly, and then my case got transferred from NBC to the LA field office.
Since then… nothing. It’s been sitting at the LA office for a couple of months with no real updates.
My PD is 03/23. I have a friend with PD 09/22 who already got scheduled for an interview in May, so I’m starting to feel a bit stuck here.
The only update I’ve had was on 04/07, just saying the case is still being processed — which honestly doesn’t tell me much.
I’ve seen quite a few people here who responded to the Feb RFE already get interview notices, and even some approvals. Meanwhile my case hasn’t moved at all.
Anyone else at the LA field office in a similar situation?

Hi everyone- checking if anyone has recent experience traveling on AP under the F2A category since the 75-country ban was implemented?
Category is F2A. PD is sept 2024. Valid EAD + AP for 5 years. I130 & 485 not approved yet. No overstays or issues at all.
im LPR, can i get married to a tourist visa... then if f2a is still current can we apply I 130 and AOS at the same time and he will stay here in the usa and overstay? would that be feasible
