Have been noticing this box trailer in O'Connor St Tugun for a few years now. A block from the beach, taking up 2 car spaces. Who, how, why??? SMH. Checked QLD Globe, has been there since at least 2022.

Edit: Yes it's registered, yes it is parked legally (as far as I know)
