Dizziness & weird symptoms for 5 months

Hi all,

I've been experiencing a bunch of symptoms which started in January this year, it feels like i've had every test under the sun and no definite answer.

The symptoms i've been experiencing below;

- Dizziness - not typical spinning feeling but feeling dizzy when i look around or move my head

- Swaying/internal moving sensation especially when im sat at my desk at work, or sitting on the lounge

- Lightheaded when standing, also feel an intolerance at times standing for periods or walking around too much

- Feeling an off balance feeling when walking

- Head 'wooshes' sometimes when laying in bed before i fall asleep i'll feel a woosh or rush through my head

- Extreme neck tightness especially when looking at things for a period of time eg computer screen or looking at someone & talking my neck aches & the dizziness feels worse

- At the start i was experiencing a 'dropping' sensation in my chest/head which has decreased since taking naturopath supplements for cortisol/adrenals but dizziness still remains

I have a history of neck issues, 13 years ago I had almost the exact same symptoms which i eventually found my Atlas was misaligned and i saw an Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor and after treatment with him i was fixed. I continued to see him ever since then, after Covid he no longer had the Atlas machine & had been adjusting with a handheld activator instead, for years i was only going 1-2 times a year for an adjustment but the past year i had been going every 2 months. Since all of this started i went back for regular adjustments with just the handheld but i would feel worse a few days after. Recently i found another upper cervical chiropractor who has the Atlas machine, i've had 3 adjustments from him and after the first i saw slight improvement but its been 3 adjustments now and i am still having the dizziness.. i know it can take time but im feeling a bit discouraged.

I have had GPs check me for other reasons eg coming from the ear one did the test for BPPV but didnt seem to think i had that, he did say i have fluid behind my ear drums and i have a nasal spray but havent seen much difference using that.

I know there are other neck muscles that can cause dizziness which i havent had work on yet, only chiro,

Has anyone had a similar experience or found a resolution?? as its ruining my life :(
