When using this setup. Any time i use the Stormstrike Accord from Wingsabers in arsenal. It activates the Hivelord passive from the Beefury. When the swarm strikes I end up taking 3 instances of damage for 12-13 damage. I am hoping this is not as intended and just a weird interaction with the skills. Ive tried this by swapping the weapons and using different main weapons and the only time I take the damage is with Beefury in main and Wingsabers in the arsenal.

Can anyone else recreate this or also found this.
