Does this looks like skin rash or ringworm it’s on thigh and legs but it’s fading tho I put some antifungal cream as it can become itchy.

Nursing Student transfer
Currently in 1year BScN (UofAlberta collaborative) and will be done first year this spring term. but just got accepted into a 2-year Post-LPN BScN at URegina. So I’ll start year 2 this fall. Is it Worth transferring? Same end goal but 1 year faster?
