My son is 13 months old. We've been co sleeping dang near since he was born. It wasn't intentional. I found that we both got better sleep next to each other. Early on, I tried putting him in his own sleep space but it never worked out for us. The reason I want to transition him to sleeping on his own is because I feel like I lose sleep at night, he moves around a lot and we only share a queen. (he sleeps in between hubby and I). Any movement he makes wakes me up, especially when he's sick. We're getting our own apartment this month with two bedrooms. Should I put him in his own room or just transition him into his own crib in our room? I began to have anxiety before bedtime. I know he'll sleep but will I?

I told my husband last night that I didn’t want to be a mother anymore. (Which I know I don’t mean, I’m just so tired). My 13 month old took an hour to settle last night and he woke up every two hours. I think he’s teething. It feels like we’re moving backwards and I know sleep regressions are normal. I love him with my whole heart but I’m worried motherhood is going to break me.
