Not sure what’s causing this, hoping someone’s seen it before.
My prints are coming out perfectly fine, no failures, good detail, everything looks solid. But after a few prints (usually 2 to 4), I start getting a thin cured film in the vat that eventually floats to the top. It’s like a really thin flexible sheet, not attached to the FEP or the print.
I just skim it out and keep going, but it keeps coming back.
Setup:
- Chitubox slicer
- Anti aliasing ON (blur 2, gray level 0)
- Siraya Tech Royal Blue castable resin
- Printer fully enclosed, no direct light hitting it
No light leaks and prints themselves are clean.
Anyone know what causes this? Is it anti aliasing or just normal resin behavior over multiple prints?
