We can no longer care for him properly. I've already invested over $4,000 in his care due to having other animals to take care of and his need of a special diet and medication. I'm hoping there might be a dog rescue that could provide him with some proper care for the rest of his life. Thank you

Like everyone looking for some advice.
I'm 63m, married to 61F and I finally paid off all my collections.
Like most I have some significant CC debt of about 3,500. A vehicle I just paid off but isn't worth much as it needs 6k in repairs but it does run and drive. I don't plan on fixing it. About 3300 in vet bills on 3 different payment plans. 2 very small ones interest free with 3 payments left each and one over 3k with years left meet interest free about 19%.
Also another vehicle which I owe about 4k on but it's at 1 percent.
Just got a 2300 loan at about 22% and paid off my back taxes and some other small high interest debt.
I make about 700 a week. Wife about the same maybe slightly less.
She's just lost a small claims case because she ignored it for about 2300 which is what the loan was for because I feared the 25% wage garnishment. She also has other old pre COVID debt in the few thousand range.
However I come to find that Florida has some significant protection laws ( no wage garnishment) and it looks like we're essentially uncollectible due to our income being just low enough, under the 750 a week threshold and closer to of not under the yearly income threshold, having no seize-able assets worth anything, we rent our home, and there's a $4000 wildcard protection thing in Florida. Unfortunately I don't know the age of the debts as the originally creditors aren't listed, as far as I can see anyway, on my credit reports.
Any of this actually true? I don't need to file bankruptcy but maybe she does?
