I live in Finn Hill near Holmes Point Dr and been hearing loud, heavy-bass, aggressive music every night the last four days coming from the direction of Champagne Point or on the water somewhere. Anyone else hear this / know where this is coming from? This was a big issue last year too when it would go on from 8pm until 2-3am multiple times a week, but my neighbors and I were never able to locate the source.
