Took my 4 year old to a new dentist, and the dentist literally looked in his mouth using a tooth brush to prop it open, and walked away, she wasn't even in the room for 4 minutes, yet I received a thing from insurance today stating that they billed me for prophylaxis, fluoride treatment and in office visit, my insurance covered the cost 100% but, he didn't receive any of those things, aside from the 'office visit' but she didn't even speak to me, let alone ask if there was any concerns I had, etc.
Is this not fraud ? Confused on what to do as the only thing they handed me as I left was a printout for an appt in 6 months for him, which I didn't even get to choose the time/date- which I didn't even plan to take him back to that place for how Aweful the dr was.
Any input on this, would be appreciated.
