I’ve recently noticed some odd red bits of skin on the back of my left hand, but nothing on my right (second photo, for reference). There’s been no pain or irritation so I’m hoping it’s just cosmetic, but it’s been eating at me.
It’s only the one hand and it’s not a recent development, but has just appeared gradually. The spots are also elevated from the rest of the skin, almost like a rash would be, but they are spread out more.
