Hi, this might sound stupid, but please hear me out.
I’m 23 years old and currently working as a software developer in India. I’ve been working for a little over a year and earning around ₹20,000 per month. The salary itself is not the main issue, but I feel like I’m not learning much and I’m honestly scared about my future in software.
Lately I’ve been feeling strongly drawn toward working in a lab environment — something related to chemical or medical laboratories. The problem is that I don’t have any direct background in this area professionally. I did complete a BTech in Electrical Engineering, but in higher secondary school I had PCB + Maths, so I do have some science background.
I recently heard about Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) courses and started wondering if this could be a realistic path for me.
My questions are:
I don’t really care about getting a huge salary right now. Even ₹10k–20k per month is fine if the work feels meaningful and stable.
Would really appreciate honest advice from people working in labs, healthcare, or anyone who has changed careers before.
Together they can form 119 seats ,that is more than enough to form the government , VCk has not made any ridiculous demand like PMK and thiruma has spoken positively of tvk while the congress has already joined tvk , i dont know much about the two communist parties but i dont think they would have much problem joining with TVK
