Hi Redditors, I have 2-3 rooms available in a 3bd/1ba apartment from Jun-Aug (flexible dates) located in Brighton 02135 (very close to Boston College. Rooms will be fully furnished with TV, kitchenwares, and shoes stand available.

Rent is $1,100/month (not including utilities/wifi) plus $500 sublet fee (can split half half). Laundry is in the building’s basement. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.

Some of the location’s convenience: right next to MBTA Green Line (B) & bus 86. 10-min walk to C/D Green Line as well as Boston College.
