there isnt that much guides for the game on youtube that arent a couple years old(2-5 years).
are the old guides still worth watching?
because from my understanding the game still gets balanceing updates and tweaks for some cards from time to time.
I am trying to use this card for the dutch in an opening currently with not much luck.
the main idea is wood gather rate is very low compared to coin(especially for dutch) so you basically earn much more from your villagers
early game put 3-4 vili on gold the the rest on food and try to age up as fast as possible and as your first shipment send 3 vili
as soon you get 800 food age up with 400 wood and devide your villagers equally between gold and food (no wood)
second shipment 700wood use for barracks market upgrades and houses(no banks yet)
third shipment is maybe pikes or something similar
after you have enough coin saved up (havent decided exactly how much but around 1000 maybe) use 4 shipment as this card.
then you build banks and continue the game normally
the problem to many things cost coins early game villagers, skirmishers, market so you cant really save up this much coin for a benefit and short on wood.
does anyone have a suggestion how to improve this opening? or have an opening that use this card?
