I discovered an unexpected Uber Direct Pass/Uber One charge on my account and started looking into it — I’m now seeing a surprising number of similar reports from other Canadians on Reddit.

I’m trying to determine whether this is a widespread issue involving unclear or unintended subscription enrollment.

Whether you knowingly subscribed

Whether Uber refunded you

Apple App Store, Google Play, or direct Uber billing
