Help me get past my reading slump

Hey guys!

I've recently been going through a reading slump and I have only read 3 books this year. Whenever I have been picking up a book I've lost interest or the will to read without going past 10 pages. The books I did read were usually finished in one day and then for a month or so I can't get myself to read. The problem isn't that I don't have books to choose from, it is that I have too many books I want to read and very little time. This makes the whole experience overwhelming and I eventually end up not reading. Have any of you experienced this? if yes how do I get out of this?

thank you! have a great day!

Hey! Help me choose new book to read.

Hey! I've recently suffered from a reading slump after reading the Count of Monte Cristo which I absolutely loved. Recently I picked up Tuesdays with Morrie and Small things like these and finished each in one sitting. I'm wondering what I should read next. I love reading literary fiction, classics and mostly fiction that has philosophical or deep themes. I also enjoy reading non fiction usually on math, science, economics and neuroscience. I've been wanting to read more but have a problem of plenty, too much to read and can't decide what to read. Please drop some of your absolute favourites which I will not be able to put down, they can be academic or casual. If you need some more information to help me out feel free to DM or comment!

Thank you! Have a great day!
