Bought this Ethan’s Ho-Oh at my last card show and at the time it looked flawless but after further inspection at home I spotted this strange blank spot in the rainbow foil. It seems to only appear in certain lighting as you can see in the photos. What type of error is this and how does it affect the value/condition of the card?
