My building is being sold for the second time in 1 year, and will surely come with another rent hike. Last year the new owner raised it 50% from $800 to $1200. I’m looking for a new spot. Ideally 2BR, at least 1BR unless it’s a large studio with actual storage. Please send me some recommendations. I prefer to stay away from big property management companies, so if you know some good privately owned spots with a good landlord, send em my way!! Would love to stay in Chevy Chase area but not a requirement. Just somewhere safe and that allows a cat. I’d like to keep it at $1200 or lower
