Has anyone else got this product? It's the one shaped like a bottle and comes usually in white or pink. It's supposed to be tightened and have the little half moon lined up with these dots and fully charged before using but I can't get mine to turn on at all.

I've gone through the trouble shooter several times. What am I doing wrong?
