so we switched from verizon at the beginning of april and i had submitted a bill from vzw for the keep and switch rebate just to realize it was the wrong bill so it got declined. fast forward to yesterday i finally got the correct bill after going back and forth with verizon and i called 611 to get everything done right with t-mobile and i was provided tracking numbers for my two lines for keep and switch but when i go to check the status on t-mobile’s promotion website, it only tells me about the previous rebate that was declined and not the updated one with no option to punch in a tracking code. what should i do?
