Hello all, my daughter has Cleidocranial Dysplasia. Today she was put under general anesthesia for a crown on K. During the consultation prior to making the appointment we made it clear that she has several medical conditions, one causing delayed tooth eruption (she has not had an issue with extranumerary teeth).

We were told that no extractions would take place. The surgeon removed C, H, and L. He later told me that he removed them to allow room for her adult teeth to come in. We are furious that we weren't given the option to consult with her other doctors who specialize in CCD and who have warned us against this very kind of practice.

She is 11 years old and could have had those teeth well into her late teens or early 20s. What do we do?
