I purchased a Link 2 webcam and was very excited to have a high-quality webcam; however, I found that the video is constantly lagging in Microsoft Teams. I'm not using the virtual camera and am doing nothing fancy. But when I am in a meeting there is a significant amount of lag between my movements and the video. My audio is fine but the video is soo slow.

I've seen a few threads on this but have not seen a resolution. I am on the latest firmware.
