I wanted to write this post because I am now a week into my quitting journey. I downloaded one of those apps that tracks your consumption. Seeing the money saved counter go up is the most motivating factor right now. While I was in college, I would spend my every last dollar getting high. With no regrets. Now that I have made a lot of strides in my personal finance journey. I was still always buying weed. I am earning more money than ever before but I don’t have anything I can think of spending it on besides weed. Feels like weed was my only hobby? Now I am all for saving money but I was wondering if anyone else struggles with this? I have the money to buy weed but I also know that it can and was a financial burden.
