Is this worth $800

I’ve been given the opportunity to buy a Sony a6100 with the kit lens as well as an E 1.8/50 OSS lens for $800 CAD. It’s a used camera but it only has a shutter count of about 550. The seller won’t go any lower than $800 but has said he will include a godox X2T trigger at no cost. I have no use for the trigger so it’s irrelevant to me, unless I could sell it. Originally I was going to buy a used a6000 and get a lens further down the road but this seems to be a pretty good deal. Should I continue with this or not brother?

What should I get my girlfriend as a first camera?

My girlfriend wants a camera. She thinks she wants a Cannon PowerShot SX740 HS because TikTok said it’s a “g7x dupe” but from my research it seems like for her application it doesn’t fit. We both have no experience with cameras so that’s why I am here. My research told me that one of the Sony a6000 series cameras used is the best for what she needs within the budget but I want every opinion I can get from people who know more than me. Thank you

(1) $800, Canada, and CAD

(2) Cannon powershot sd750 digital elph (7.1mp) she doesn’t like that the settings are very limited and it’s not clear enough.

(3) She wants a camera that works good for a bit of everything. Night-out style Instagram posts and selfies, bright nature pictures, and lowlight moody scenery

(4) only pictures

Need help picking a first camera

I’m in a bit of a hurry, I’ve made a post here before but I only get one persons input so I’m hoping this time I can get more help. Please any knowledge you have is important to me. My Girlfriend wants to buy a camera. We don’t know which would be best suited for what she wants to do with it

• Budget: $800 CAD

• Country: Canada

• Condition: Either (looking for best value)

• Type of Camera: Not sure — leaning mirrorless, open to whatever fits needs best

• Intended use: Photography

• If photography; what style: Mix of Instagram-style portraits and landscapes

• If video what style: N/A

• What features do you absolutely need: built in flash and probably a flip screen

• Portability: Something I can take everywhere (compact/lightweight preferred)

• Cameras you're considering: she thinks a cannon powershot sx740 hs because she saw it on TikTok as a “g7x dupe” but I feel like your paying for the zoom only, which in her case isn’t needed

• Cameras you already have: Canon PowerShot SD750 Digital ELPH (7.1MP)

She wants something more “crisp” than her existing camera and says she will use the one she has now if she wants “film” style photos. Is there something that is effective with the crisp aesthetic night-out pictures as well as bright nature pics and moody low light pictures?

What adhesive is best for this?

I’m looking to glue rubber bottom of a baseball cleat onto a rubber outsole of my Jordan 1 for my men’s league. thistothat says barge but under the conditions I’m not sure if it’s the best option with the lateral stability. I tested it with Shoegoo once but ran out before I could finish so it wasn’t fully glued down but it held up fine in the 2 hours I tested them hard. What adhesive would hold up best for this application?

I was quoted $1200 to have this repaired. They said they have to replace the quarter panel and the bumper. I assumed the quarter panel could be repaired and the bumper would get replaced but I’m not the professional. Does it seem right that they have to be replaced? And does the price seem reasonable?
