Hello.
As the title says I have a little parking issue with my neighbours. I live in a little cul de sac where parking is very tight. As every house is getting 2-3 cars now parking is very limited. But we have 3 neighbours that literally abandoned their old cars in front of their house taking the parking spots . The cars are untaxed uninsured for about 2-3 years . Is there anything we can do so they can get their cars removed or scrapped so we can get more parking space?
