Nowhere in the ToS does it state the Pro model basic chat interface is limited. They're just tell you after ou already paid that you only have unlimited access to some GPT-5 models. I had to accuse them of Fraud to even get a refund. Which is is. Since it's NOT in their ToS that there's a limit.

They are claiming that their "ToS" is not about the 5.5 model - even though the 100$ tier came out after model 5.0. Take note. ToS do not apply to any of their curent offers at all
