Hi,

I have been trying ti submit my I-140 and I-485 combo package twice and every time they send it back. First time was with debit card and checks were done with bank to ensure nothing is wrong on their end by they mentioned they didn’t even run the account. The second time we tried credit card and was notified by bank that they took the money (Monday) and reversed today (Tuesday). No issues with bank with this one as well so I’m so frustrated on what to do and getting no help from the lawyer.

Any similar experiences or anything I can try that you suggest? 🤦🏻‍♀️😭
