Why is enrolment in my cart abandonment flow so low even with high traffic?
We get decent traffic to the site, thousands of visitors a month, but almost nobody ends up in our cart abandonment emails. Set up the flow in Klaviyo months ago and it just sits there with tiny numbers.
Like we track add to carts fine but enrolment is what, 5% of that? Feels wrong. Wondering if its because most visitors are unknown and we arent identifying them properly. Tried some website visitor identification stuff but not sure if its high accuracy enough for ecommerce.
Looking at B2C identity resolution platforms or data enrichment tools to figure out who's on my website and grow the cart abandonment email lists. Is anyone using Revenue Roll alternatives or B2C data for this, or cart abandon detection platforms that actually track shoppers abandoning cart and identify shoppers who didn't convert?
