So I just started 2 months ago and already 2 people told me im being slow in the mornings by stocking cooler pallets. It takes me an hour just to do one pallet. Im listening to my ear buds im bringing the pallet with me. ​I dont know how else to make my speed faster. Ill try walking faster but its also hard for me to open the boxes quick enough. I just dont want to get fired for being too slow. Cause I like working there. Any other tips to make me go faster?
