I had to repost this because the mods removed it for not mentioning Asheville NC.
I’m in the process of a name change and I’m a sexual abuse survivor. I went to the court house at 60 Court Plaza and received my paperwork.
I’d like to keep my name change from becoming public because I don’t want my abuser to know where I live. The only proof I have is that I’ve moved multiple times within New York City, Asheville and Charlotte. I’m moving once more to Florida. I want to stop running. I also have proof that I am recovering from C-PTSD.
