I usually don’t post complaints, but this has crossed all limits.
I ordered a 1.5 Ton MarQ AC from Flipkart, delivered on 24 April 2026, with installation scheduled for 28 April. What followed is 10 days of complete mismanagement, false promises, and zero accountability.
Actual timeline:
28 April: Got a call saying installation will be on 29 April, but message showed 30 April
Stayed home both days → no one came
30 April: Called again, assured installation before 12 PM on 1 May, but system updated to 7 May
From 1 May to 6 May: Contacted Flipkart daily
→ Every single day same line: “Will be resolved in 24 hours” / “installation today”
→ Nothing happened
6 May: Jeeves calls and says they won’t come today, will come “tomorrow morning”, and asks for installation code
→ I refused, because clearly they keep promising “tomorrow” and then shifting dates again
At this point, this is not delay — this is a pattern of false commitments.
Impact:
I took leave for 10 days → I am losing salary because of this
My brother’s 15-day vacation is almost wasted
Flipkart says “not our responsibility”
Jeeves = useless automated system
MarQ = no response to emails
No accountability anywhere.
I have full proof:
✔️ Call logs (hundreds of attempts)
✔️ Messages showing date changes
✔️ Emails with false promises
My Final Stand (No Negotiation):
There are ONLY TWO OPTIONS:
1. Complete installation on 7 May without fail
AND provide compensation for 10 days of financial loss + harassment
OR
2. Take back the product
AND give full refund + compensation for 10 days financial loss
👉 Compensation is NOT optional in either case
If this is not resolved, I will proceed with consumer court/legal action with all evidence.
