Spacious room in a 4x4 available to UCF girls at Riverwind at Alafaya Trail! Looking for someone to sublet my $799 lease starting in July.
Furniture and laundry units are all included as well as a community gym and pool at the clubhouse! Cleanliness in the apartment is maintained regularly and will be deep-cleaned before move out!
Bus transit to UCF runs every 15 minutes, 6 minute drive from campus!
Large utility cap, I either didn’t have an overage charge or had to pay no more than $20 a month!
On call maintenance + pet friendly!
Current residents of the apartment is 1 polite UCF junior girl, but there will be 4 girls total living here. I also had my cat living with me in the room, but all trace of the pet will be cleared prior to move in!
