Sharing my experience earlier here at Brgy. Oranbo Health Center, Pasig City. For 6+ years of staying in Pasig (ampon ng Pasig), I tried contacting the Barangay Health Center for a free TDaP vaccine since it can be quite expensive in private clinics (ranging from 1,500–3,000). Luckily, they were super accommodating (especially their midwife Ate Ofel) and even gave me free prenatal vitamins.
