hi, i applied a few days ago for the junior accountant (au) role. i saw on indeed that the salary range posted was 20k-23k. i also received an email from hr last monday with a compensation and benefits form asking about salary expectations.
just wanted to ask if the range is fixed at 20k-23k, or if it can still vary depending on qualifications and experience and possibly go higher. i currently have 5 months of experience as an accounting associate, so i’m also not sure if asking for 35,000 would be ideal. thank you!
