After playing the remakes, I decided to try the OG's
RE1 and 2 were as good as their respective remakes, so of course I enjoyed them plenty. But 3 just blew my mind how much MORE is there compared to the remake. The locations are such an eye candy: the city (of which you explore A LOT more), the plazas, the cementery, the clocktower building...
Nemesis being quite more aggressive, always running in full force towards you (still easy to avoid most of the times tho) and in general being more involved during the playthru surprised me for good.
Carlos' character and his section is the one thing that I think do prefer in the remake tho. He seems a bit smooth brained at times. And the hospital is barebones and easier than the new one.
But in short, I'm so glad I played this. I encourage anyone who hasn't tried the original to do it, it's very well worth it.
