We're getting better supply of the ERS handguard, so there's some basic measurements that are important if you're going to get the maximum usage from the additinal MLOKs.

When using MLOK screws, you'll need clearance for the suppressor, so the max diameter of the suppressor is 1.475 in this case, but I prefer the 1.375in diameter product such as Maxim's MS-9 series. Banish has one that's 3.5" that give you enough room for the MLOK nuts such that they aren't impeding on the suppressor. The length of the suppressor at roughly 7.5" allows the suppressor to stick out just enough to look cool. A 1.6" suppressor will fit, but you can't use the MLOKS at that point, too tight.

Folks, there was an annoying email comms function we finally got control over in the Support Ticket system on our Website (which I want to remind folks to use to get issues resolved directly). In anycase, when we responded internally to your tickets, the system wasn't configured to send an email back, which was making it appear as if we weren't responding. You had to remember to come back into the system to get updated status. Now, everytime we put any comment in your ticket, it will automagically send an email to you. Hope that helps clear things up for folks.

Team - Got word back from the producer, we're looking at Mid-June ship date for Hydrolic Buffers. That means roughly June 20th (45 to 50 days) as our target to begin shipping. On this product, a strategy could be to pre-stage orders so we can understand ahead of time the initial demand. I'm suggesting this because these are extremely expensive to produce, so we can't go crazy on over-production (blindly). I can tell you from testing the product, it makes a big difference. The entire team is excited about this product! Yet, I'm also a little nervous about pre-sale events for obvious reasons, so tell me your thoughts on say a 30 day Pre-Production Sale event to start queuing orders. Finally, I know we're all feeling the pain of the uppers situation, so I ask this knowing that there could be well-deserved backlash. Feedback requested.....
