We have a 2014-ish Thermador T36IB800SP/26 built-in panel-ready fridge/freezer, right hinge, one fridge door + one freezer drawer, with custom IKEA-style panels. It has a sealed-system leak, so we’re deciding between repair and replacement.

Existing opening/presite:
- 84" H × 36" W × ~24" body cavity
- Current front panel face is about 24.75" from the back wall
- Current unit sits flush / does not visibly protrude
- Electrical and water are hidden behind the unit, so not fully confirmed yet
- Existing panels likely won’t transfer

Options we’re considering:
- Thermador T36IB100SP
- Sub-Zero Designer DET3650CIID/R
- Sub-Zero Classic CL3650UID/O/R
- Miele KFMC 3642 R

Question: for a replacement in this old Thermador flush cabinet opening, which of these is most likely to fit cleanly without protruding much or requiring electrical/water relocation?

A 1/4" proud installation would probably be acceptable; major upper-cabinet modification would be less appealing.
