Starting a Lancer Campaign with Friends This Saturday. Would something like this fit into the setting?

I built this mech in Mechwarrior 5 using the Merctech mod and I was wondering if it would fit into the setting. I don't know much about Lancer so I'm asking here.

I also can't decide on whether to use standard or reverse joint legs so I'm posting both. Lol
