Hi! i’m on tray 8/22 (I know 22 is probably not the final number) and i’ve been kept on a 4-week plan, so i keep one set of aligners for 4 weeks at a time. Everything i see online is 2 weeks maximum. When i bring this up to them at my 4 weeks appointment they just say “that’s what Invisalign has for your plan right now. I’m sure it will switch to every 2 weeks once you are closer to the halfway point.”
Anyone else given this 4-week plan? Are they purposefully trying to slow down my pace? I do feel that I could switch after 2 weeks. Heck, even 1 week.
It seems so odd to me that they don’t really have any answers for me except “that’s just what your plan is” ?? Considering switching doctors, but wanted to come here for any advice first. TIA!!
