This question is about endgame and will have a spoiler. You’ve been warned.

Seriously back out.

Hi folks, so I have unlocked the Yellow Shore next to Primary and have a question about playing it. Normally I run the gauntlet of biomes slowly powering up so I am high level by the time I get to my next required boss clear. But with the Yellow being straight from primary that’s not doable in a way I can clearly see. Am I missing something or will I always have to enter The Shore at a low level?

Decided randomly to do a run walking. Only running when I had to for combat or platforming. But I just the rest of the time walked like a normal person who had no idea what was around the corner on an alien planet. Turned a corner and stopped in awe at the monolith architecture towering around me with horrors everywhere and had a flashback to playing Brutal Legend and the main character realizing it was Metal.

This game is Metal as hell some times. Specially when you take the time to walk and take it in.

Well you were warned.

Just noticed now that the databank doesn’t just get larger as you play but also get rewritten as you play. Presumably this is as Primary interprets and assesses data gathered on the planet. It’s not only updating the data but it’s assessment of the topic and its application for the company. When needed it even adjusts mission impact of the new data and how to reprioritize if necessary.

It’s voicing its opinion. But since it’s a company AI its opinion is corporate mandate and policy. And as events unfold and effect the characters including Primary you also start to see it effect the tone of what’s written and the opinions start to sound ……odd.

It’s like reading the diary of a person slowly going insane. And it’s a video game bestiary.

Anyone else shout out loud “Act 1?!” When they got to the end of it? This game is gonna be longer than I was expecting.
