Hi everyone,

I recently bought this Philips coffee machine on Facebook marketplace but I can't find what model is it. It looks like the PSA32XX but it's not.

The last owner doesn't have the manual or the receipt anymore and he just used it once.

I can't find it in the Philips website, with ChatGPT or Google Lens.

I have also this black piece that I don't know where it should go. The machine can make coffee but can't produce steam yet. On the little piece of rubber at the bottom left, it's written STEAM. I'm guessing that's the missing part.

I sent an email to Philips but they didn't answer yet.

If it could help, I bought it in Montréal, Canada.

Edit: if it could help, it's written SAECO on the water tank.
